AttentionBel-Air Residents:
Please be advised that the Bel-Air Association haswithdrawn as a member of the Bel-Air Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council. 
Unfortunately, the Neighborhood Council no longer servesthe purpose of its original mission to serve the Bel-Air Community. 
Please note that if you will be conducting a construction projectwithin the Bel-Air Association boundaries, you are not required to present yourproject to the Bel-Air Beverly/Crest Neighborhood Council Land Use Committeefor their approval. 
Instead, please contact the Bel-Air Association Office at 310.474.3527 to have the ArchitecturalSupervisory Committee review your project directly.  Please feel free to contact our office withany questions you may have moving forward.
