ATTENTION RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES IN THE
VICINITY OF THE MULHOLLAND BRIDGE
The contractor will continue to conduct additional preparation work activities for another
weekend that will require an extended closure of Mulholland Drive from the west side of
the bridge to Casiano Road for an entire weekend. The closure will begin at 10 pm on
Friday, Sept. 21, and end on Monday, Sept. 24, at 6 am. The work activities will include
adjusting the roadway alignment and elevation and shifting traffic onto the south half of
the bridge. Skirball Center Dr. will not be accessible to and from Mulholland Dr. during
this weekend.
What: Mulholland Bridge demolition preparation work activities
When: Friday, Sept. 21, at 10 pm to Monday, Sept. 24, at 6 am
Where: Mulholland Dr. from the west side of the bridge to Casiano Road
What to expect:
- Nightly closures of Mulholland Dr, from the west side of the bridge to Casiano Road,
will continue until the bridge demolition activity.
- Emergency vehicle access will be maintained.
-Pedestrians will be rerouted to a safe area outside of the construction zone.
- Please note that the work is weather permitting and subject to change.
