Hi Bel-Air Association,Recently there has been an increase in thefts on the Ventura Blvd corridor which all had a similar MO. Victims are placing their cell phone on a table or seat in order to save their place at a restaurant or coffee shop. When the victims returned to claim the seat their phone was gone.
