California Adventure- Day 7

Today was a stay close to home kind of day.  When we woke up, we walked down Ventura Blvd. to get bagels and coffee for breakfast.  Bagels for the boys, coffee for us!  Could you even imagine our boys on caffeine?!  We spent the rest of the morning hanging around the condo, cleaning up and getting ready for our guests  :)  After a miserably failed nap attempt in the pack 'n plays, my parents and my nephew Alex arrived.  Alex and the boys wanted to hit the skate park, so we went back to the NoHo Skate Plaza and the craziest thing happened!  When we first uploaded a video of the boys skateboarding to YouTube, it popped up a video of this amazingly talented three year old on a board.  Truly unbelievable.  There was this little kid, 4 maybe 5 years old wiping the floor with half of the older guys and as he skated by me I could have sworn it was this little kid Matty from YouTube!  Sure enough it was!  He's five and a half years old now and just amazing to watch.  The boys really enjoyed watching a kid more their size!  Without a nap, we struggled to keep the boys awake for the evening but they just loved having their cousin Alex here to play with, so we managed to keep them up until 7:00pm...  then it was instant sleep!!!  Tomorrow should be an interesting day- we're going down to Venice Beach pretty early and Jon has a surf lesson at 9:30  :)  I promise to get some video!!!


Condo Fun- Jon built a ramp at the end of the staircase for the boys to launch their Tech Decks off!HOURS of entertainment!!
